What will I be doing?
As a Customer Advisor you will be at the front line of the business speaking with new and existing customers about the benefits of keeping their breakdown membership with the organisation. You will ensure every customer is provided with the right level of information about new products and services available, allowing informed consumer decisions to be made. By having quality conversations, you will be able to demonstrate great customer service and a passion for treating all customers fairly.
You will be given excellent front line training right from the word go from experienced members of the team.
You will be required to work shift patterns between 8:00am and 8.15pm Monday – Friday and Saturday’s from 9:00am – 5:15pm at office in Cheadle (SK8 2DY).
What do I need?
Excellent communication skills
Previous contact centre experience is desirable but not essential
Previous Computer experience desirable
Organisation and planning skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Persuasion and negotiating skills
