What will I be doing?
As a Customer Advisor you will be at the front line of the business speaking with new and existing customers. You will ensure every customer is provided with the right level of information about new products and services available, allowing informed consumer decisions to be made. By having quality conversations, you will be able to demonstrate great customer service and a passion for treating all customers fairly
You will be given excellent front line training right from the word go from experienced members of the team.
You will be required to work shift patterns between 08:00 and 20:15 Monday – Friday and Saturday’s from 09:00 – 17:15
What do I need?
Excellent communication skills
Previous contact centre experience is desirable but not essential
Previous Computer experience desirable
Organisation and planning
Ability to work as part of a team
Persuasion and negotiating skills
